Return & Refund Policy

At Paralimi, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Free from stains, odors, or any signs of use

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your order was over $60 and qualified for free shipping, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For orders under $60, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at support@paralimi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
